Does God Still Heal? Inspiring Miracle Accounts Revealed

It was the greatest miracle he ever saw. And that’s saying something because R.W. Schambach saw God do a lot of miracles.

“I was there,” Schambach would say. “I saw it with my own eyes. It’s the greatest miracle I’ve ever seen.”

He was in Birmingham, Alabama, working alongside the evangelist A.A. Allen during a tent revival. One night, a woman arrived with her little boy. The child had been born with twenty-six major diseases. He was blind. Deaf. Mute. His arms were twisted, and his legs were curled up underneath him.

Doctors had told her there was nothing they could do. But desperate hope will drive you. She scraped together what little she had and traveled to the revival. She had just $20 to last her the week.

That night, during the offering, God stirred her heart. She walked down the aisle and placed her last $20 in the bucket. Schambach remembered thinking, Lord, I hope she’s not expecting a miracle tonight because Brother Allen already told me he’s not praying for the sick.

But mid-sermon, Allen suddenly stopped. He looked out into the crowd and said, “I see a hospital… I see a little boy… born with 26 major diseases!” He began describing the child’s exact condition—details no one had told him.

The mother jumped up, faith now burning in her eyes, and brought her son forward. And then, in front of thousands, Schambach watched God do the impossible.

The boy’s eyes opened—he could see.

His ears opened—he could hear.

His tongue loosened—he could speak.

His twisted arms and legs straightened.

The same boy who had been carried into that tent walked out under his own power—completely whole.

Schambach would say for the rest of his life: “I saw creative miracles. I saw God take nothing and make something.”

Many wonder… Does God still heal? More personally… will he heal me?

Ask yourself…

IF GOD COULD DO THAT FOR A LITTLE BOY IN ALABAMA,

WHAT COULD HE DO FOR YOU TODAY?
